Expressway paves the way to create confidence for investors
For many years, transport infrastructure connecting to the southern key economic region has been considered one of the biggest bottlenecks of Lam Dong.

However, this bottleneck is gradually being removed as the province drastically accelerates the progress of two expressway projects, Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong.
When completed, the expressways will shorten the connection time between Lam Dong and the Southeast region, creating favorable conditions for goods circulation, tourism development, attracting investment and expanding economic development space.
In parallel with infrastructure investment, Lam Dong also promotes institutional reform, shifting from thinking about handling obstacles to proactively removing difficulties for businesses.

According to Mr. Ho Van Muoi - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, in the past time, dialogues between provincial leaders and the business community have been organized in a substantive direction, focusing on solving problems related to land, planning, investment procedures and access to credit.
Clearly assigning responsibilities and deadlines for handling each department and sector for business recommendations contributes to strengthening investor confidence.
Positive capital flow, expanding growth potential
Positive movements are being reflected through the results of local investment attraction.

In the first 6 months of 2026, Lam Dong has 2,600 newly established businesses with a total registered capital of more than 12,000 billion VND.
The number of newly established businesses increased by about 80% in quantity and 50% in registered capital compared to the same period last year. In addition, 558 businesses returned to operation, an increase of 10%.
From the beginning of the year to now, the province has attracted 35 new investment projects with a total registered capital of more than 56,118 billion VND and 0.2 million USD, including 4 FDI projects.

At the same time, 28 projects were adjusted with investment policies or investment registration certificates with a total capital of more than 95,266 billion VND.
Investment capital is also shifting to high value-added sectors, in line with the orientation of green development, digital transformation and improving local competitiveness.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, Vice Chairwoman of the Lam Dong Provincial Business Association, after expanding administrative boundaries, the locality converges many advantages in terms of resources and development space, creating great room for tourism, high-tech agriculture, processing industry, logistics and trade - services.

To effectively exploit these advantages, Lam Dong needs to continue to invest in synchronous transport infrastructure, inter-regional logistics and improve the investment environment; and at the same time create conditions for goods, tourists and capital flow to circulate smoothly.
From there, promote sustainable growth and enhance the competitiveness of the local economy.
