Localities need to urge businesses, supermarket systems and petroleum traders to deploy reserves of essential goods such as food, foodstuffs, drinking water, petroleum, roofing corrugated iron, steel plates, etc. At the same time, coordinate with supermarkets in affected areas to coordinate the supply of goods from neighboring localities to serve people, preventing shortages.
