Series of projects at risk of delay in progress in Lang Son
According to Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, out of 64 tasks under the economic growth scenario for the last 6 months of 2026, 7 tasks have been completed, 52 tasks ensure progress and 4 tasks are delayed. The delayed tasks mainly relate to the VSIP Industrial Park power supply project, Dong Kinh social housing, Winson Garment Factory and Dong Lam - Huu Lien Summer Tourism Festival.
Provincial leaders requested departments and branches to urgently remove obstacles and set specific completion deadlines. In which, the VSIP power supply project must be determined to start construction before September 10; the Dong Kinh social housing project must complete procedures to start construction in October; the Winson Garment Factory must go into operation in September.
In addition to 4 slow tasks, Lang Son also has 17/92 non-budget capital projects at risk of not ensuring the plan, while disbursement of central budget capital has only reached about 32%. See more...
