For deposits from 50 million VND to under 200 million VND, the interest rate for terms of 1-5 months is 4.75%/year, the term of 6-11 months is 6.9%/year, the term of 12-18 months is 7.1%/year and the term of 24-36 months is 7.4%/year.
For deposits from 200 million VND to under 500 million VND, the interest rate for terms of 1-5 months is 4.75%/year, the term of 6-11 months is 7.1%/year, the term of 12-18 months is 7.3%/year and the term of 24-36 months is 7.4%/year.
Meanwhile, the interest rate applied to deposits from 500 million VND to under 1 billion VND includes: term 1-5 months is 4.75%/year, term 6-11 months is 7.3%/year, term 12-18 months is 7.5%/year and term 24-36 months is 7.8%/year.
The highest deposit interest rate at Sacombank is currently up to 8%/year, applied to deposits from 1 billion VND or more for terms of 24-36 months. For this customer group, the interest rate for terms of 1-5 months is 4.75%/year, the term of 6-11 months is 7.5%/year and the term of 12-18 months is 7.7%/year.
To date, 5 banks have adjusted interest rate schedules in May.
