On August 7, according to Lao Dong's source, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a decision to reclaim and hand over more than 14 hectares of land in Hoang Van Thu commune to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management and exploitation according to the law.
The recovered land area is 143,184 m2, previously assigned to the Center for Natural Resources and Environment under Decision No. 2180/QD-UBND dated December 4, 2024.
The land is located in Hoang Van Thu commune, belonging to the type of non-agricultural production and business land. The location and boundary of the land plot are determined according to two cadastral measurement pieces No. 10-2019 and No. 11-2019, prepared by Lang Son Resource Consulting Joint Stock Company No. 1.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Land Fund Development Center to receive, manage the land and develop an exploitation and use plan in accordance with the planning. At the same time, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for handing over the site, related records and adjusting land data according to regulations.
The Hoang Van Thu commune government is required to coordinate with relevant units in the process of determining boundaries and handing over land, ensuring the transfer is legally correct and without disputes.
The recovery and handover of non-taxable land is determined by Lang Son province to serve the orientation of effective land exploitation, creating resources for local economic development, especially in the context of the province promoting investment attraction in border gate areas.
