On the morning of May 26, Market Management Team No. 5 conducted a search of a container with registration number 00LU6043270 at lot F20, Dong Pho Moi Industrial Park, Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city; Through the search, 130 plastic bags, 12 kg/ frozen chicken feet bag without labels, showing no origin, no production lot number were discovered.
The owner of the shipment was identified as Mr. T.M.T, residing in Sin Chai village, Thanh Binh commune, Muong Khuong district, Lao Cai province.
At the time of inspection, Mr. T.M.T could not present invoices or documents proving the legal origin of the goods according to regulations.
Market Management Team No. 5 has drawn up a record of the incident, temporarily detaining the entire shipment to continue verifying and handling according to the provisions of law.
