Dien Bien - Thanh Yen border commune proposed to invest in the establishment of a mixed-use industrial cluster with an area of nearly 42 hectares.

According to information from the People's Committee of Thanh Yen commune, Dien Bien province, the commune has just announced the receipt of a dossier requesting investment to establish Thanh Yen Mixed Industrial Cluster.

Accordingly, to ensure that the selection of investors is public, transparent and complies with regulations, the People's Committee of Thanh Yen commune announces the receipt of documents from enterprises and cooperatives with interest.

It is known that Thanh Yen Mixed-use Industrial Cluster has an area of 41.76 hectares, located in Yen Truong village and Thanh Truong village, Thanh Yen commune. This is a location that is considered to have many advantages for industrial and trade development.

The formation of the Industrial Cluster is expected to promote economic restructuring, create more jobs for local workers and neighboring areas, and contribute to the overall industrial development of Dien Bien province.

Previously, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province issued document No. 2983 dated June 25, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on researching and surveying Thanh Yen and Nuong Ngam Industrial Clusters.
