Deputy Director of the Tax Department Mai Son has just issued instructions on the implementation of the Completion of the Experience Portal for business households.

According to Deputy Director Mai Son, to implement the plan for the 60-day peak period of model conversion from contract tax to declaration, the Tax Department always accompanies and supports businesses to effectively and smoothly convert.

Therefore, the Tax Department has implemented research to establish an Experience Portal for business households, thereby helping business households and individuals to quickly grasp changes in tax management regulations in the electronic environment.

Deputy Director Mai Son suggested that the Department of Technology, Digital Transformation and Automation as the host unit should continue to closely coordinate with the Departments, professional units and Tax authorities of provinces and cities to quickly supplement and perfect the features of the Experience Portal.

The Deputy Director raised a number of specific requirements such as:

Firstly, in the process of completing research, departments and units must put themselves in the position of experienced households and individuals, thereby completing new features that need to be practical, simple, easy to use and the experience environment must be guaranteed like a real environment.

Second, the Departments and professional units need to urgently complete the simplest forms and declarations and must ensure the most integrated information requirements to support households and individuals to do business easily.

Third, building a Portal interface requires minimalization so that households and individuals can experience it as friendly, easy to use, and easy to operate.

Fourth, improve interaction, feedback with households and individuals doing business and absorb reviews and comments on the Experience Portal.

Fifth, build a detailed set of instructions to support households and individuals to do business with an easy and convenient experience.

Deputy Director Mai Son suggested that, in parallel with the work of completing the Portal, the Technology Department, digital transformation and automation need to coordinate with departments and units to develop a training plan for the entire industry to guide the implementation of the Portal.

At the same time, urgently speed up the upgrading of application systems and support features for business households and taxpayers on the eTax Mobile application.
