On November 3, the Market Management Department of Ninh Binh province informed that Market Management Team No. 12 had just coordinated with Dong Van Ward Police to conduct a surprise inspection of the business household H.K.D.H.T.L represented by Ms. H.T.L in Dong Van ward (Ninh Binh province).
Through inspection, it was discovered that the business household was selling many foods such as: fried rice, burned rice, fried dough sticks, sticky candy, ... which were goods of unknown origin, origin and did not ensure food hygiene and safety.
Market Management Team No. 12 has issued a decision to administratively sanction the above business household with a total amount of 10 million VND for violating the provisions of the law on conditions for ensuring food safety in food preservation and trading in goods of unknown origin. At the same time, all violating goods must be destroyed according to the provisions of law.
In the coming time, Market Management Team No. 12 will continue to synchronously deploy professional measures, strengthen coordination with functional forces and local authorities to inspect and strictly handle violations of food safety, in order to ensure the health of local people.
