Preliminary report on the implementation of the 2025 Autumn Fair, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien said that the construction units of the 2025 Autumn Fair are working with the spirit of "working day and night" with the highest goal of ensuring the set progress.
"From the time of the telegram directing the organization of the 2025 Autumn Fair to the opening ceremony of the Fair, it will only be 1 month. But in the past time, the entire system of agencies from central to local levels, along with businesses and organizing units, have been making efforts to speed up and work day and night to complete preparations and preparations for the Fair" - Minister Nguyen Hong Dien emphasized.
Reporting on the organization of the 2025 Autumn Fair as of October 19, 2025, Mr. Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Department of Trade Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said that up to now, businesses and organizations registered to participate in the Fair have filled the entire exhibition area of the Exhibition Center building.
After listening to the report, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son assessed that through on-site inspection, many booths have been deployed, and it is expected that the framework will be basically completed by tomorrow. However, there are only 5 days left to complete all preparations before the opening ceremony (evening of October 25, 2025), so it is required that all units are not allowed to delay.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son suggested that the Ministry of Industry and Trade and standing agencies must have urgent urging documents, and at the same time use information technology means to contact and monitor the progress of each ministry, branch, locality and enterprise.
Regarding the work of ensuring security, order and safety, it is recommended to send a document to the Ministry of Public Security to coordinate the implementation of measures. The Guard Command coordinates with the Ministry of Public Security, especially the Hanoi City Police, to ensure security, order and safety throughout the Fair.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son suggested that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to deploy the content of calling for donations to support people affected by storms and floods at the Fair.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front has a public account to receive contributions, so it is only necessary to clearly announce them so that everyone can transfer directly, not through the Organizing Committee. This must be done in accordance with the spirit of the previously concluded conclusion" - the Deputy Prime Minister said.
For the Ministry of Finance, the Deputy Prime Minister requested that by October 20, the approval of funding for ministries and branches and support for some localities that are still facing difficulties, in accordance with legal regulations, ensure payment progress to promptly serve the organization work.
For the Ministry of Science and Technology, it is recommended that the Ministry of Industry and Trade review and urge the progress of the booth. To date, about 30 businesses have registered to have booths in the innovation zone and international technology businesses, and need to continue to improve and arrange them appropriately to create a highlight for this area.
With the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Deputy Prime Minister suggested that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs continue to coordinate to invite guests who are heads of countries and heads of international organizations to participate in the Hanoi Convention Announcement Ceremony held on the morning of October 25 to attend the Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Autumn Fair held on the evening of October 25 and participate in activities within the framework of the Fair, including the United Nations Secretary General.
With the Hanoi People's Committee, the Deputy Prime Minister suggested that the city urgently urge businesses with booths participating in the Fair to complete the final stages. At the same time, it is recommended that Hanoi City coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security in ensuring security and order throughout the Fair; coordinate with the Ministry of Health to ensure health care, food safety, especially the quality of food items at the food court; request the Hanoi Market Management to intervene, ensuring no poor quality or counterfeit goods within the framework of the Fair.
