Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee requests the project investor to coordinate with relevant agencies to publicly announce the approved plan; deploy the next steps of the project on schedule, invest in the construction of project items according to the plan; carry out procedures on land, financial obligations, and construction investment according to regulations.
