According to the representative of the Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas of Phuc Tho district, the Hat Mon Industrial Cluster project in Phuc Tho district, Hanoi has an area of 34 hectares, with the orientation of developing industry, handicrafts and craft villages.
The north and south of the project are adjacent to agricultural land; the east is adjacent to Dan Phuong district; the west is adjacent to the Ham Mon - Thanh Da inter-commune road and residential areas.
Accordingly, enterprises, cooperatives, and organizations established and operating in accordance with the provisions of law can submit applications to register as investors of the Hat Mon Industrial Cluster project.
The dossier participating in being the investor of the Hat Mon Industrial Cluster project must comply with the provisions of Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP of the Government on management and development of industrial clusters and Decision No. 5617/QD-UBND dated October 28, 2024 of the Hanoi People's Committee on administrative procedures.
