The two provinces of Phu Tho and Cao Bang are about to auction a series of assets as evidence in some cases.

On November 25, according to PV's research, in November and December 2025, Phu Tho and Cao Bang provinces will auction many assets as evidence of the case.

Most notably, the batch of more than 9 tons of clay used to make bricks and tiles in Phu Tho, with a starting price of more than 553 million VND.

In Phu Tho, National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 said that the auctioned assets including more than 9 tons of red-brown clay are being kept at the warehouse of Tasa Group Company (Thuy Van Industrial Park, Viet Tri Ward).

In addition to the clay, the property also includes 36 mobile phones of all kinds, a case of used computers, most of which are old and broken.

The starting price of the entire asset lot is 553.7 million VND, of which the value of clay alone accounts for more than 532 million VND (about 96% of the value). The unit with assets is the Center for Investment Research, Consulting and Financial Services - Department of Finance of Phu Tho province.

The auction will be held online at 3:00 p.m. on November 28, 2025. The volume of clay announced is currently an preliminary figure, and will be re-determined in scale when handed over.

Meanwhile, in Cao Bang, the Property Auction Service Center ( Provincial Department of Justice) announced the auction of 13 motorbikes of all kinds such as Honda, Yamaha... with a total starting price of 81.8 million VND.

Unlike Phu Tho, the auction in Cao Bang will take place in a direct oral form, starting at 8:00 a.m. on December 4, 2025.

The two auctions are expected to attract the attention of many organizations and individuals when assets with high use value and participation procedures are publicly announced according to regulations.
