On November 8, according to PV's investigation, Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company announced the auction of a plot of sand for grinding with a volume of 457m3, which is an administrative violation exhibit confiscated under Decision No. 374/QD-UBND dated May 19, 2025 of the People's Committee of Thanh Son district (old).
The assets are currently managed by the Economic Police Department (Phu Tho Provincial Police).
According to the announcement, the auctioned assets include a plot of white gold sand, with a starting price of 52.555 million VND. Auction participants must pay a deposit of VND 10 million and a fee of VND 50,000/project.
The price step is regulated at 500,000 VND. The above price does not include taxes, loading and transportation costs and other arising expenses.
Registration documents will be sold and received from 9:00 a.m. on November 7 to 4:30 p.m. on November 14, 2025 at the headquarters of Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company (36 Kim Dong, old Viet Tri City).
Registrants must pay the deposit during the above period to account number 2700201006642 at Agribank - Phu Tho Branch. The property inspection will be carried out from November 10 to 12, 2025 at the gathering point of the Economic Police Department.
The auction will take place at 9:00 a.m. on November 19, 2025 at the Chau Phong Cultural House (lane 115, Le Quy Don Street, Viet Tri), in a direct form, with multiple-round secret ballots with the method of bidding up. All individuals and organizations that are qualified are allowed to participate.
