On October 22, according to PV's investigation, Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of a black sand lot with a volume of 1,200m3, which is an administrative violation exhibit confiscated under Decision No. 362/QD-CAT-PH10 dated September 29, 2025 of Phu Tho Provincial Police. All of these assets have been added to the State budget.
The starting price of the sand lot is determined to be 132 million VND, the deposit is 26 million VND, the fee for the purchase of the application is 100,000 VND/project and the step price is 500,000 VND. The above price does not include taxes, loading and transportation costs.
The participating documents were sold and received from 9:00 a.m. on October 16 to 4:30 p.m. on October 23 at the headquarters of Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company (No. 36 Kim Dong, Viet Tri Ward, Phu Tho Province).
The property viewing was held from October 17 to 21 at the gathering point of the Traffic Police Department, Phu Tho Provincial Police (Van Phu Ward).
Those in need need to contact the auction unit in advance to register. The official auction took place at 9:00 a.m. on October 28 at the Chau Phong Cultural House (lane 115, Le Quy Don street, Viet Tri ward).
The auction applies the form of direct voting in multiple rounds (maximum 30 rounds), according to the method of bidding up. Participants must be present 15 minutes before the auction to complete the procedures, bring their identification documents and deposit documents.
Any individual or organization that meets the conditions under the Law on Property Auction can participate, with valid documents and a deposit paid on time. authorize others to attend must be in writing with notarization or certification.
Those who violate regulations such as providing false information, colluding or causing disruption during the auction may be dismissed from participation and will not be refunded the deposit.
