On July 15, according to PV's investigation, Son La Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the adjustment of the Economic - Technical Report on investment in the construction of conservation and restoration of Cay Me historical relic site - the place where the first Party cell of Son La Provincial Party Committee was established.
According to the decision, the total investment of the project after adjustment is 17.2015 billion VND, an increase of 2.872 billion VND compared to the previous approval decision issued in 2021.
In the capital structure after adjustment, compensation, support and resettlement costs are added to 7.5 billion VND. Construction costs are 7.1 billion VND; equipment and green tree costs are more than 1.4 billion VND; project management costs are nearly 268 million VND.
Construction investment consulting costs are more than 682 million VND; other costs are more than 153 million VND. The contingency cost is determined to be 0 VND.
Along with the adjustment of the total investment, the project implementation time is also extended to the end of 2026, instead of according to the previous schedule. The project belongs to group C, civil works level III.
According to the decision, the Chairman of Son La Provincial People's Committee is the person who decides the investment, while Mai Son Commune People's Committee is assigned to be the investor and be fully responsible for the accuracy of the dossier and data submitted for approval, and at the same time coordinate with departments and branches to organize the project implementation in accordance with regulations.
Cay Me historical relic site is the place marking the event of establishing the first Party cell of the Son La Provincial Party Committee.
The project adjustment is expected to remove obstacles in compensation and site clearance, and at the same time contribute to preserving and promoting the value of the relic, serving the work of educating historical and revolutionary traditions in the locality.
