According to Plan No. 432/KH-UBND of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, on August 19, the locality will start construction of 3 key projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area Project (Phuoc Vinh Tay Commune) has a scale of nearly 1,090 hectares, with a total investment of about VND 90,000 billion (equivalent to 3.5 billion USD) invested by the Vinhomes - VIG consortium. The project includes a complex of apartments, land, commercial townhouses, villas along with a series of service, commercial, medical, cultural, educational, training, sports and resorts, entertainment, creating more momentum for the development of the southern area of Tay Ninh province.
The road project leading to 3 bridges (across Can Giuoc, Vam Co Dong and Vam Co Tay rivers) on Provincial Road 827E is a key traffic project, of great significance in connecting regional infrastructure, promoting local socio-economic development. The project was approved for investment with a total amount of more than 3,000 billion VND. The Provincial Road 827E project has a total length of 35.6km.
The Binh Hoa Nam 1 Industrial Park project (Duc Hue commune) has a scale of more than 322 hectares, with a total investment of VND 3,900 billion, invested by Hoan Cau Long An Company Limited. The project promises to contribute to promoting industrial development, attracting domestic and foreign capital to Tay Ninh. This is also one of the typical projects realizing the orientation of modern, green and sustainable urban development of the province.
The projects started not only have special significance during the National Day - the country's Great Festival, but also contribute significantly to the development of local transportation, industrial and urban infrastructure.
