Continuously expanding scale, upgrading technology
Investing in the field of mechanical engineering and supporting industry very early to support THACO's automobile assembly and manufacturing industry, after 22 years, together with the Mechanical Center, THACO INDUSTRIES has formed an LKPT Production Center in Chu Lai (Quang Nam) with a total investment capital of 550 million USD, including 12 factories with modern technology, meeting international standards.
THACO INDUSTRIES is currently a partner of major car brands such as Kia, Mazda, BMW, Peugeot, Hyundai, Toyota, Isuzu... in the supply of LKPT. The products include: body frame components ( body body components, body body body, body body, body body, body...), internal and exterior components (seats, body brakes, glass, ceiling racks, floor tiles, interior and exterior plastic components...), dynamic system components (vehicle wheels, fuel boxes, exhaust pipes...), electrical - refrigeration system components (electrical clusters, air conditioners, hot-bed systems...); and are exported to North American markets, Australia, Germany, Korea, Japan, Poland and ASEAN countries.
In order to contribute to the implementation of THACO's vehicle development strategy and meet market demand, THACO INDUSTRIES will continuously upgrade technology, invest, and inaugurate a series of factories in early 2025, including: Linh Automobile bodies bodies frame Manufacturing Factory, High-end Automobile glass Manufacturing Factory and Automobile Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Factory. The factories have a total area of over 50,000m2, a total investment capital of 75 million USD, with an advanced technology line system, large capacity, originating from the US, Germany, Italy, Japan... to improve LKPT production capacity, meeting export standards.

Along with the strategy of expanding production scale, THACO INDUSTRIES actively researched and applied new technology and materials to develop a product portfolio according to individual customer requirements. At the same time, the Group focuses on developing the THACO Parts brand, meeting IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 standards... and requirements and processes for manufacturing components according to global standards to serve the localization needs of automobile manufacturing and assembly enterprises.

At the same time, THACO INDUSTRIES continues to diversify material supply sources, improve product quality; increase the effectiveness of applying tools: ERP, MES, SCADA... in digitalizing governance, production management, meeting the requirements of sustainable development systems (ESG), greenhouse gas inventories...
In the 2023-2027 period, THACO INDUSTRIES continues to invest in the Automobile Automobile Furniture Complex for tourism, cooperate, joint ventures, and link investment in the technical rubber product subdivision and high-tech subdivision in Chu Lai; at the same time, there is a plan to invest in the Automobile Exterior Furniture Factory in the North and the mechanical and supporting industry zone in the South.

With long-term strategies, THACO INDUSTRIES has gradually formed a regional LKPT manufacturing center with modern technology, large capacity (including Tourist Automobile Furniture Complex, Commercial Automobile Furniture Complex and new generation factories), providing a variety of products, meeting the requirements of domestic automobile assembly and manufacturing enterprises and exporting to major markets. THACO INDUSTRIES also focuses on controlling costs so that products reach customers at competitive prices and provide convenient and effective transportation and delivery solutions.

Along with the efforts of enterprises, preferential tax rates for supporting the automobile industry until December 31, 2027 also contribute to creating motivation for enterprises, including THACO INDUSTRIES, to continue expanding investment and increasing competitiveness. The implementation of THACO INDUSTRIES' goal of forming a regional LKPT Production Center will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of domestic automobile assembly and manufacturing enterprises and participating deeply in the global LKPT supply chain.
