At 7pm, Nha Thuy (30 years old), manager of an electronics supermarket in Di An City (Binh Duong) is still working hard. On his desk is not a cup of coffee as usual but a bottle of Dr Thanh Tea to purify his body after 2 months of staying up all night, lacking sleep while racing to meet the year-end sales plan.
As an electronics supermarket manager, accustomed to high work intensity and pressure, Nha Thuy still tries to maintain the habit of resting and taking care of her health as reasonably as possible: A delicious breakfast after the gym with a bottle of Dr. Thanh Tea to purify the body, helping her feel fresh every day when meeting customers or entertaining guests at the year-end party.

"During these peak days of meeting sales deadlines, what I need is to keep my spirit positive, my body fresh and full of energy to beat KPIs, achieve the best results for the company and myself to have a truly meaningful year-end season," Nha Thuy said while drinking a bottle of Dr. Thanh Tea.
The meaningful thing that many young people like Nha Thuy aim for in the last days of the year is not only the effort to work and create results for themselves, but also the gratitude that after a difficult year, many businesses cut staff but Thuy still has a stable job to support herself and her family.
"I appreciate and am grateful for the job that has given me the opportunity to express myself and develop myself. I feel lucky and useful to society during this difficult time," Diem My (from Tra On district, Vinh Long) said while drinking a bottle of Dr. Thanh Tea to purify her body while completing her canvas painting.
As a young interior designer, this year has been quite a difficult year for Diem My as the construction industry is still affected by the real estate crisis. To maintain her life in Ho Chi Minh City, Diem My has to do additional work designing brands for stores and businesses and also doing canvas painting.

"For the past month, I've been working hard to meet deadlines to deliver products to customers. Sometimes I feel hot inside due to staying up late, lack of sleep, and hasty meals with instant noodles and fast food, but I feel happy because I still have work to do, have income to take care of myself and help my parents in the countryside," Diem My shared.
When the year ends and Tet comes, it is also the time for young people to summarize the year with many lingering emotions. There are no more raves, parties on the streets, or gathering at bars and pubs to relax and clink glasses enthusiastically at year-end meetings. Instead, young people take some time for themselves to slow down, think differently, listen to themselves more through body cleansing to feel fresh and ready for new opportunities in the coming year.

Quynh Nhu, a Gen Z working in the tourism service industry in Vung Tau, said 2024 is a brilliant year for the tourism industry. Although she feels hot working day and night to serve tourists, she is grateful that she finally has the opportunity to show her abilities at work.
"I am both a tour guide and a photo model," said Nhu. "To keep myself graceful at work, I choose to purify my body to stay fresh every day with Dr. Thanh Tea. As the end of the year approaches, I try harder to purify and cool my body to stay fresh while working during Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourism Week and to look forward to the new year, new opportunities and new tourists coming to this beautiful coastal city," Quynh Nhu said excitedly.
Not only listening to their bodies and taking care of themselves to be more radiant every day, Gen Z also sends more love with words of thanks and apologies to relatives and friends after a difficult year.

"I am grateful to everyone around me. During the last days of the year, in addition to the bottles of Dr. Thanh Tea as small gifts to help purify the body and improve health sent to colleagues and friends, I also prepared Christmas and New Year cards that I hand-wrote to send to everyone who has helped me throughout the past year," Quynh Nhu added.
With Nha Thuy, the male manager of the electronics supermarket also did not forget to thank and especially apologize to those he had hurt so that they could forgive each other's shortcomings, happily and cheerfully enjoy the meaningful last days of the year and welcome a new year of peace and more luck.
It can be seen that the way young people are living each day of the year to the fullest with a positive attitude and spreading meaningful things to the community, from cleansing the body to stay fresh every day to expressing gratitude to those around them after a difficult year, shows that Vietnamese youth are increasingly "living a quality life" true to their generation of "global citizens".
