On June 1st, the Hung Yen Provincial Market Management Department (QLTT) said that at about 12:00 on May 29th, Market Management Team No. 4 in coordination with Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police, and the Provincial Sub-Department of Livestock and Veterinary Medicine conducted an inspection of a transport vehicle with license plate 17A-716. xx owned by Mr. N.K.L (born in 1982, address Tan Thuan commune, Hung Yen province).
During the inspection, it was discovered that the transport vehicle contained 42 bags of animal fat with a total weight of more than 2 tons. All of the above goods did not show information about the origin on the goods; there was no information about the name and address of the individual or organization responsible for the goods; there were no documents attached to the product; there were no invoices and documents proving the origin. Mr. N.K.L admitted to trading on the market, without invoices and documents, and of unknown origin to return to business for profit.
Based on regulations, Market Management Team No. 4 made a record of administrative violation against Mr. N.K.L for the act of trading goods of unknown origin.
Market Management Team No. 4 proceeded to handle administrative violations against Mr. N.K.L with a fine of 8 million VND, and at the same time applied remedial measures forcing the destruction of all violating exhibits.
