During his term, Agribank was awarded many noble awards by the Party, State, Government, and State Bank such as: First Class Labor Medal, TOP 50 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia according to Fortune's Ranking; continued to be rated Ba2, stable outlook and Fitch Ratings BB+, stable outlook, equivalent to the national credit rating and the highest rating for Vietnamese banks.
By the 2025 - 2030 term, the Agribank Party Committee will continue to clearly define the goal: building a strong and comprehensive party organization, playing a good role in leading the implementation of political tasks, especially in developing agricultural and rural credit associated with digital transformation and sustainable finance. The motto "close to practice, close to the locality, close to the people" continues to be thoroughly implemented throughout the system, ensuring that party organizations at all levels are truly the center of intelligence gathering, creating consensus and leading innovation.

From 2020 to present, the credit balance of the branch has grown steadily over the years; the proportion of agricultural and rural lending alone has always remained at nearly 80% of total outstanding loans. Bad debt controls below 1%, tens of thousands of production households, cooperatives, and small businesses have access to preferential capital.
