On January 10, at the Vietnam Youth Theater, VCCI organized the Announcement Ceremony "Cultural and Reputable Enterprises in 2025".

Speaking at the opening ceremony at the "Cultural and Reputable Enterprises in 2025" Announcement Ceremony, VCCI Chairman Ho Sy Hung affirmed: "Culture is the spiritual foundation of society, the soft power of each nation, ethnic group and each business. Economic development must always be associated with cultural development; culture is placed on par with economy, politics and society.

According to the Chairman of VCCI, the Party and State's policy is consistent in placing culture on par with economy, politics and society. Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of the Vietnamese business community in the new era has clearly defined the task of building a business culture with national identity, while absorbing the quintessence of the world's business culture.

Next, Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development has created strong momentum, arousing trust and the spirit of innovation in the business community, and has been widely agreed upon, responded to and actively implemented in practice by businessmen.

In the context of deep international integration and increasingly high demands for sustainable development, Mr. Hung stated clearly that towards the goal of 2045 of making Vietnam a developed country, Vietnamese entrepreneurs and businesses must have ethics and business culture on par with the region and the world; have common values and healthy business philosophy; form Vietnamese business cultural identity to create soft power and improve national competitiveness in integration.

In terms of structure, private enterprises account for about 83.3%, state-owned enterprises and enterprises with state-controlled capital account for 16.7%; in terms of scale, large enterprises account for 48.5%, small and medium enterprises account for 51.5%, reflecting a relatively balanced participation. Notably, 12.1% of enterprises operate in mountainous, remote, and isolated areas and 13.6% of enterprises are owned or play key operating roles by women, showing the inclusiveness and spread of the Program in the business community.

Responsible business has become an inevitable development method of modern businesses; the businesses honored today are pioneering examples in practicing entrepreneurial ethics, business culture and social responsibility" - Chairman of VCCI emphasized.

Representing the Top 20 enterprises with the highest rankings, Ms. Trinh Thi Hong Van - Chairwoman of the Member Council of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company affirmed that each individual and enterprise will continue to strive for innovation, sustainable development, and build a civilized, professional and responsible working environment for society.

The program of voting and ranking "Cultural and Reputable Enterprises in 2025" is implemented by VCCI to concretize important resolutions of the Party on building a team of entrepreneurs in the new era, promoting the practice of entrepreneurial ethics, compliance with the law, transparency, social responsibility and environmental protection.
