On December 25, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision to sanction administrative violations in the field of labor against Kumo Vietnam Co., Ltd. located in Tan Khai commune, Dong Nai province for 2 acts.

Behavior 1: Kumo Vietnam Co., Ltd. has developed labor regulations but has not registered labor regulations with a professional labor agency as prescribed in Article 119 of the 2019 Labor Code.

Behavior 2: Kumo Vietnam Co., Ltd. did not evaluate and classify workers according to working conditions for heavy, toxic, dangerous and especially heavy, toxic, dangerous jobs to implement the regime for employees as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 22 of the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene 2015.

The total amount of administrative fines for acts 1 and 2 is 135 million VND.
