Implementing the direction of the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) on verifying and handling traffic violation reports through the VNeTraffic application, the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 to urgently verify and clarify the case.
Previously, on June 22, Mr. Tran Anh V (born in 1988, residing in Quang Thien commune, Ninh Binh province), the driver of a tractor-trailer with license plate 35E-005xx pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 29R-066xx, came to the headquarters of the Police agency to work.
According to the Police agency, the vehicle driver admitted that at about 7:33 am on June 4, at Km33+100 on DT490 road in Hong Phong commune, Ninh Binh province, he drove a tractor-trailer against traffic on a road with a no-riding sign.
Based on verification documents and working content, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 made a record of administrative violation for the act of going against traffic on roads with no-go signs, fined from 18 million to 20 million VND and deducted 4 points from the driver's license.
