Benefits of sabudana and rosemary for hair
sabudana starch contains many amino acids and carotenoids, which have the effect of nourishing hair follicles, reducing hair loss and preventing premature graying. At the same time, the antibacterial and antifungal properties of sabudana help soothe the scalp, restore damaged skin areas and effectively remove dandruff.
Rosemary is rich in ursolic acid, which helps increase blood circulation, providing oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles, thereby promoting thicker and stronger hair growth. The rich antioxidant content in rosemary also helps prevent premature graying of hair, reduce inflammation and soothe scalp irritation.
