Closing each official training or competition session, Thu Vinh always neatly arranges guns, shoes, ammunition boxes and personal belongings in specialized suitcases and then closes them according to regulations. Returning to the hotel and having dinner at the end of the day, Thu Vinh gets rest. And, she does not stay up late, almost turns off the lights and goes to bed at 9 pm on the same day.

Talking to reporters in Thailand, the shooter said that the top requirement is spirit and health, so sleep must be enough. The science and discipline for himself partly helped Trinh Thu Vinh maintain a steel spirit and a cool head before the final shot in the events he competed in at SEA Games 33 to bring home 4 precious Gold Medals.
