On June 11, the Executive Committee of the Bac Kan Provincial Federation of Labor held the 6th Conference, announcing decisions on the organization of the apparatus and personnel work. Mr. Vi Hong Duong - Chairman of the Bac Kan Provincial Federation of Labor chaired the conference.
Delegates discussed and gave opinions on the contents of the report on the results of trade union activities, inspection and supervision of trade unions in the first 6 months of the year, and key tasks for the last 6 months of 2025. Public report on the settlement of trade union financial revenue and expenditure in 2024. Public report on the estimate for 2025.
The conference also approved the Report on personnel ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and the draft Resolution of the Conference. At the same time, decisions on the organization of the apparatus and personnel work were announced.
Accordingly, the activities of 10 trade unions at the grassroots level and grassroots trade unions of administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% of State budget salaries will be terminated, including: Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee of the Labor Federation of districts and cities, Trade Union of Provincial Party Agencies, Trade Union of the Provincial People's Committee from June 30, 2025.
Transferring 71 grassroots trade unions and 4,460 union members under the Labor Federations of districts, cities, and Trade Unions of Provincial Party Agencies and Provincial People's Committee Trade Unions that are not subject to end of operation to the Bac Kan Provincial Labor Federation for management and direction from July 1, 2025.
