On October 9, the 2nd Fuyu Precision Technology Company Limited Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, took place. Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation attended. 120 outstanding delegates attended, representing more than 29,000 union members of the company.
The 2nd Congress of the Trade Union of Fuyu Precision Technology Company Limited, term 2025-2030, is tasked with discussing and approving the report on the performance assessment of the 1st Executive Committee of the Trade Union, on that basis determining the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the term 2025-2030, contributing opinions to the draft report of the superior trade union, contributing opinions to amend the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation assessed that in the recent term, despite many difficulties due to economic fluctuations and organizational restructuring, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Fuyu Precision Technology Company Limited has promoted the spirit of solidarity, creativity, proactive coordination with the company's leaders, performed well its functions and tasks and was demonstrated by the results in performing the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Thach Van Chung acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Fuyu Company Trade Union in the last term.
During the 2025-2030 term, with the motto "Solidarity - democracy - discipline - innovation - development", in addition to the task and solutions discussed by the Congress, Mr. Thach Van Chung suggested that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union continue to innovate the content and methods of Trade Union activities: Strongly shift to the direction of "acting for workers", focusing on the needs and interests of union members; increasing the application of digital technology in union member management, propaganda, and organizing emulation movements.
Along with that, taking care of the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; strengthening dialogue and collective bargaining, supervising the implementation of collective labor agreements; proposing welfare, housing, and social security policies for workers; paying special attention to female workers, workers far from home, and those in difficult circumstances.
Mr. Thach Van Chung emphasized the need to build a team of brave, intellectual and professional union officials. Accordingly, trade union cadres need to truly be representatives, friends, and companions of workers; a bridge between workers and employers. Each cadre must be exemplary, have a sense of responsibility, be close to the grassroots, and promptly reflect the thoughts and aspirations of union members.
In addition, grassroots trade unions need to promote the development of union members, build a strong and comprehensive union; proactively propagate and admit new union members, striving for 100% of the Company's employees to be Vietnamese union members.
The Congress heard the announcement of the decision to appoint comrades to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of Fuyu Precision Technology Company Limited, term II, 2025-2030.
