Thanks to that, it has created the strength to attract and gather a large number of union members in enterprises, creating the strength to overcome difficulties and rise up; contributing to making important achievements in the workers' movement and trade union activities. Accompanying businesses, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the locality.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, over the past 5 years, over 500 experienced initiatives have been highly appreciated by businesses and put into widely applied in the production practice of the business, the value benefits for billions of dong. The Ben Cat Industrial Parks Trade Union has commended 30 collectives of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and 111 grassroots union officials, union members, and workers with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020-2025.

Also at the program, the Ben Cat Industrial Parks Trade Union launched Workers' Month, Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025. In which, it is recommended that grassroots unions focus on activities to protect the rights and interests of union members. At the same time, take care of disadvantaged workers and especially those in especially difficult cases.
