According to Mr. Do Thanh Lai - Permanent Vice President of Binh Phuoc Provincial Labor Federation, in addition to supporting the construction and repair of 22 "Union Shelters" for union members, with a total amount of 995 million VND from the Provincial Labor Union Social Fund, the Provincial Labor Federation also mobilized support to build 7 "Charity Houses" for disadvantaged households in the province, with a total amount of 525 million VND.
This is one of the meaningful activities of the trade union organization, showing the concern and care for the lives of union members and households with housing difficulties; encouraging them to work with peace of mind, to work and produce to escape poverty.
Receiving support to build a "Union Shelter", Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Grand Gain Footwear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Dong Xoai 2 Industrial Park) - expressed her joy, emotion and gratitude for the attention of the trade unions at all levels. Ms. Huong shared: "This is a great source of encouragement, helping my family overcome difficulties. I will work with peace of mind to achieve high efficiency."
When receiving the charity house, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mau (Bu Tam hamlet, Loc Quang commune, Loc Ninh district) shared: "The house I have dreamed of for many years, now supported by the Provincial Trade Union and Binh Phuoc Lottery and General Services Company Limited to build, will help me have more faith in life, and in the leadership of the Party and State."
