On March 1, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor held a training conference on women's union work in 2025, with nearly 100 delegates who are union officials and women's union officials from all levels in the province attending.
At the conference, delegates were thoroughly informed and implemented by lecturers on important topics, including: Key tasks of women's work associated with the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Trade Union Congress and the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union (term 2023-2028); regimes and policies for female workers; dialogue skills to protect the rights and legitimate interests of female workers; along with the professional organization of women's work activities in trade union levels.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly - Permanent Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor - emphasized: "The conference is an opportunity for union officials in charge of women's work to discuss and discuss the advantages and difficulties, thereby proposing solutions to improve the quality of activities at agencies, units and enterprises.
The delegates were also equipped with more knowledge to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of female union members and workers in the new situation".
On this occasion, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8 to female delegates attending the conference.
