Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3002 on supplementing the cost estimate for 2025 for units implementing payment of regimes and policies for public employees and additional contracts of the General Service Center.
According to the decision, the total additional budget is 5.3 billion VND. From the funds recovered in 2025 from agencies and units of the provincial sector and the funds recovered from 5 regional agricultural service centers (under the Department of Agriculture and Environment).
This budget is allocated to pay benefits for 383 public employees and additional contracts of the General Service Center in 45 communes/wards in 2025. The allocation level is based on the number of additional personnel and the specific tasks of each locality.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Finance to balance from the above funding source and allocate additional funds to agencies and units.
At the same time, heads of beneficiary agencies and units are responsible for managing, using and finalizing funding sources in accordance with the objectives and tasks of spending according to the provisions of law.
