Improve better working conditions for workers
In recent years, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style at the Trade Union of Dakrosa Hydropower Joint Stock Company (under the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward) has become a routine.
Not only creating motivation to improve labor efficiency, studying and following Uncle Ho also contributes to building a united and humane working environment, making the unit a bright spot in the local emulation movement.
Determining that studying Uncle Ho must be associated with practical professional tasks, the Executive Committee of the Company's Grassroots Trade Union has proactively integrated the learning content into factory production and operation activities.
With the specific characteristics of the electricity industry requiring high discipline, accuracy and safety, the movements "Creative Labor", "Practicing Saving" are widely deployed and maintained regularly among all union members and workers.
From emulation movements, many initiatives and technical improvements have been effectively applied to the operating process, contributing to ensuring stable and safe factory operation, improving labor productivity and production and business efficiency.
Thanks to that, the lives of 34 union members and workers are always guaranteed, with an average income of about 15 million VND/person/month.
Sharing when workers are sick or in distress
Under the guidance of the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union, the unit not only fully implements social insurance and health insurance regimes but also proactively improves the quality of meals to 34,000 VND/portion, contributing to improving working conditions for workers.
In the past 3 years, the Company's grassroots trade union has spent hundreds of millions of VND to care for the welfare of union members and workers.
In which, supporting women's activities with the amount of 108 million VND; spending 118.5 million VND to give gifts to children of officials and employees; and at the same time regularly maintaining activities to visit and support union members when they are sick or happy, creating cohesion and sharing in the collective.
Promoting the spirit of mutual affection following Uncle Ho's example, in the past term, the unit has contributed 155 million VND to charity funds such as "Trade Union Homes", "For the Poor" and supported people affected by natural disasters. These practical activities contribute to spreading the beautiful image of the trade union organization in the community and locality.
According to the assessment of the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union, the achieved results are proof of the close coordination between the Trade Union, the Party Cell and the General Director Board of the Company in caring for the lives of workers, building a united, responsible and effective working environment.
The team of trade union officials always promotes the spirit of exemplary, close, and timely grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members to jointly remove difficulties and stabilize production.
With persistent efforts and outstanding achievements, in the period 2021–2025, the Trade Union of Dakrasa Hydropower Joint Stock Company was honored to be praised and awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation for its outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.
At the same time, the unit has continuously achieved the title "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years, affirming its role as one of the typical grassroots trade unions directly under the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union.
