On June 5, in response to Workers' Month 2026 and to celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 – 2031, Ayun Pa Ward Trade Union actively implemented activities to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions in non-state enterprises.
Recently, the Trade Union of Ayun Pa Ward organized a ceremony to announce and award decisions to establish two new grassroots trade unions, including the grassroots Trade Union of Tam Phuc Phu Thien General Clinic and the grassroots Trade Union of Tam Phuc Chu Se General Clinic.
Accordingly, the grassroots Trade Union of Tam Phuc Phu Thien General Clinic was established with 26 union members. The grassroots Trade Union of Tam Phuc Chu Se General Clinic has 40 union members participating.
The establishment of new grassroots trade unions not only contributes to expanding trade union organizations in the non-state sector but also creates conditions for workers to be cared for and protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
This is a practical activity to improve the effectiveness of union member development and build an increasingly strong trade union organization.
At the same time, the establishment of grassroots trade unions also contributes to strengthening harmonious, stable and progressive relationships in enterprises, creating motivation for employees to feel secure in their work and be attached to the unit for a long time.
