On November 18, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lam - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Quang Thai Company Limited, Cam Ly - Da Lat Ward, Lam Dong Province, said that the enterprise operates in many industries in the fields of production, trade, and services, currently having 242 employees.
The union coordinates with the company's Board of Directors to ensure stable jobs and income for employees, an average of 9.7 million VND/person/month. The two sides have signed collective labor agreements with many welfare policies higher than the regulations.
The unit maintains visits to employees when they are sick, have children or are in difficulty (300,000 VND/time); gives wedding gifts, supports when the family has charity (500,000 VND/time); gives birthday gifts (200,000 VND/person) and supports workers in especially difficult circumstances (1 million VND/time).
The Union and the Board of Directors gave Tet gifts to 100% of employees (500,000 VND/person). Female workers are given conditions in medical examination and treatment, maternity, small child care and family care.
In addition, the unit regularly organizes cultural, sports and volunteer activities, attracting a large number of union members to participate. This year's Mid-Autumn Festival program has reached 100% of workers and children attending.
The union organized a buffet party and gave Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children (50,000 VND/gift). The unit also supported workers severely affected by storm No. 11, each case with 2 million VND.
Thanks to practical care activities, the Trade Union of Quang Thai Company Limited was awarded for outstanding achievements in the period of 2018-2023 and received the Excellent Emulation Flag of the Provincial Labor Federation in 2024.
Ms. Lam said that in the 2025-2030 term, the trade union aims to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of caring for union members and build a strong trade union organization.
