Right Rich International Company Limited specializing in exported shoe production currently has more than 3,500 employees, mostly rural workers from mountainous communes. When it was first established, the grassroots trade union encountered many difficulties due to low-skills workers and limited awareness of labor law. However, with the support of the superior trade union and business leaders, the trade union organization has gradually become more disciplined, becoming a solid support for workers.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union organizes many practical activities such as giving Tet gifts, giving gifts to children of union members on the occasion of holidays, Tet and Workers' Month; organizing tours and tours for outstanding workers. Every month, the union maintains union member birthdays, "Union Meals" and rewards good workers.
The grassroots trade union also advises enterprises to organize periodic health check-ups for workers, conduct annual labor environment assessments to ensure safe working conditions.
