Right Rich International Company Limited specializing in exported shoe production currently has more than 3,500 employees, mostly rural workers from mountainous communes. The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union organizes many practical activities such as giving Tet gifts, giving gifts to children of union members on the occasion of holidays, Tet and Workers' Month; organizing tours and tours for outstanding workers.
