On September 9, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Khai - a worker at Phan Thiet Branch, Nova Hotels & Resort World Company (Tien Thanh Ward, Lam Dong Province) - shared his joy when receiving birthday gifts.
Mr. Khai said that he has only worked at the company for nearly 2 years and was propagandized and guided by the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to join the trade union from the beginning.
This is the first time I have received a birthday gift from the grassroots union, I was very surprised and moved. Not only material things, gifts of great spiritual significance, showing the concern, sharing, and companionship of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers, Mr. Khai expressed.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Chairman of the Phan Thiet Branch Trade Union, the unit organizes birthdays for union members every 2 months. This time, the union gave birthday gifts to 11 union members born in August and September.
In particular, the union jointly organized a "Union Meal" with the participation of the Tien Thanh Ward Union, the Company's Board of Directors and all 140 union members and workers.
"From a daily shift meal worth 25,000 VND/meal, we have agreed with the company's Board of Directors to organize a special meal worth 65,000 VND/meal," said Mr. Hung.
Ms. Dao Thi Ha Ny - Chairwoman of Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union - assessed that the Phan Thiet Branch Trade Union operates effectively, regularly organizing activities to care for union members such as cultural exchanges, sports, sightseeing, and gift giving.
On the occasion of National Day (September 2), the union coordinated with the Board of Directors of the company to give gifts worth VND 200,000/gift to all union members and workers.

Thanks to that, union members and workers are attached to and trust the union organization as well as the enterprise, Ms. Ha Ny affirmed.
