On December 22, Mr. Tran Duc Hai - Director of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Culture House said that the unit is organizing a series of cultural and sports activities to welcome the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The activities attracted a large number of union members, workers and people of all walks of life inside and outside the province to participate, creating a vibrant atmosphere towards the congress.
Notably, the first Lam Dong Provincial Labor Culture House Sports and Dance Tournament in 2025 will be attended by more than 600 athletes from 28 teams.
Athletes compete in 5 events including: Modern Dance, Shuffle Dance, Linedance, Movement Dance and Sports Festival.
Previously, the Provincial Labor Culture House also successfully organized the 6th Badminton Math Cup Traditional Badminton Tournament in 2025, attracting more than 200 athletes who are union members, workers and their children who are participating in 16 badminton clubs in the province. The tournament includes the following events: Men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed-women doubles, divided by age group.
In addition, the unit also organizes many activities such as table tennis and martial arts tournaments; folk song and traditional music festivals; poetry and music programs, physical education and wellness programs... practically to welcome the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress.
According to Mr. Hai, the activities are organized from sponsorship funds of clubs and benefactors, and are expected to take place until the end of December 2025.
The tournaments and festivals have high professional quality, many attractive performances and matches, attracting hundreds of union members, workers and people to cheer every day.
Through cultural and sports activities, we hope to create a healthy playground, help union members and workers exercise, improve work efficiency and aim to celebrate the Provincial Trade Union Congress this time, Mr. Hai emphasized.
