On July 2nd, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Loc Phat Gia Nghia Co., Ltd.
Representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation awarded decisions to establish grassroots trade unions and admitted 358 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
This is one of the grassroots trade unions with a large number of union members, distributed to work in many localities such as Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Dong Nai.
Mr. Phan Thanh Thai - Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the newly established grassroots trade union, and emphasized the role of trade union organizations in connecting workers with businesses.
According to Mr. Thai, grassroots trade unions not only represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members but also contribute to caring for the material and spiritual life of workers, building a stable and harmonious working environment.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to soon complete the operating regulations, promote the representative role of the trade union organization, and at the same time closely coordinate with businesses to effectively implement emulation movements and activities to care for union members.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Loc Phat Gia Nghia Co., Ltd. continues to show positive results in the work of developing union members and building trade union organizations at enterprises.
Thereby, contributing to expanding the network of Vietnam Trade Unions, improving the rate of gathering workers into the organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation, and building stable, progressive and sustainable labor relations.
