On January 10, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to deploy the action program to implement the Resolution of the 20th Nghe An Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
At the conference, delegates were thoroughly grasped the key contents of the action program; focused on innovating Trade Union activities, caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers; building harmonious and stable labor relations, accompanying businesses to develop sustainably.
In the discussion section, delegates exchanged and contributed many practical opinions on solutions to implement action programs suitable to the reality of each industry, locality, and unit; focusing on developing union members, taking care of workers' lives, promoting digital transformation and improving the efficiency of grassroots trade union activities.
The conference also deployed a number of requirements to organize the "Tet Sum vay" program to ensure practicality, right target audience, towards union members and workers.
