On January 10, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union had just organized a conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025 and deploy key tasks for 2026.
In 2025, the Ward Trade Union quickly consolidated the organization and management of 44 grassroots trade unions with 6,398 union members; admitted 153 new union members, and introduced 61 outstanding union members to the Party.
The work of caring for the lives of union members and workers continues to be a highlight with many practical activities such as: union member welfare programs, visiting union members in difficult circumstances, caring for union members' children; many units improve the quality of meals during shifts, with meals reaching from 30,000-46,000 VND.
Emulation movements, cultural and sports activities take place soi noi: Workers' Month, Trade Union meals, fundraising sports tournaments, humane and creative models create positive spillover effects among union members and the community.
In 2026, Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union continues to focus on caring for the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, developing union members, improving the quality of grassroots Trade Union activities, especially the non-state business sector; affirming the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were commended by the Provincial Labor Federation, the People's Committee and the Vinh Phu Ward Fatherland Front Committee.
