On the afternoon of September 23, Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union, Nghe An province organized the program "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" 2026 for children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, striving in their studies.
Attending the program were Ms. Phan Thi Trang - Vice Chairwoman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of Vinh Phu ward, representatives of accompanying and sponsoring units, along with a large number of parents and children.
At the program, Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union presented 106 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Each gift is worth about 1 million VND, including 300,000 VND in cash and practical gifts, with a total value of about 106 million VND.
The gifts show the concern and care of the Trade Union organization and accompanying units, contributing to bringing the children a joyful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Tran Le Thi - Chairwoman of Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union said that taking care of children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances is not only a responsibility but also the affection and companionship of the Trade Union organization towards workers.
According to Ms. Thi, the lives of a part of union members and workers are still difficult. Therefore, through the program, the Ward Trade Union wishes to bring joy to children, and at the same time share and encourage union member families to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
Today's gifts, although not of great material value, contain the feelings and sharing of the Trade Union organization and accompanying units. Hopefully, this concern will add strength for the children to continue striving, being obedient, and studying well in the new school year" - Ms. Thi shared.
