On September 23, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union organized training to improve financial skills for officials of 24 grassroots trade unions (24 grassroots trade unions) in the area.
Grassroots trade union officials were trained by Ms. Le Thao Huyen Trang - Trade Union Affairs Committee, Da Nang City Labor Federation on financial regulations and nghiệp vụ (professional skills) with many data and documents into specific, easy-to-reach contents, and at the same time guided officials to handle situations arising at the unit.
Especially the system of documents and regulations related to financial management, trade union assets; collection and distribution of revenue sources; management and use of expenditures; accounting documents, cash fund management; procurement of goods and assets and requirements for dossiers, invoices, and documents.
Ms. Le Thao Huyen Trang also especially noted the correct implementation of procedures, making and storing complete documents; purchases of goods and assets must ensure dossiers, documents, and invoices according to regulations.
From common situations at the grassroots trade union, each content is analyzed specifically so that officials can easily grasp and limit errors when implementing.
From the foundation of regulations, the training class moved to revenue and expenditure and accounting practice on VCS trade union accounting software.
Officials directly operate on computers, review how to enter documents, account for revenues and expenditures, exploit accounting books, prepare reports, and finalize accounts; thereby gradually systematizing and updating data and documents arising during the unit's operation.
Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Chairwoman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union said: organizing training at this time not only helps grassroots trade union officials review, consolidate professional skills and complete the update of documents and financial data, but also creates a foundation for units to proactively prepare trade union financial estimates for 2027 close to their tasks and actual activities.
