Nghe An Civil Servants' Union successfully completed its tasks

Nghe An - On the afternoon of December 26, the Civil Servants' Trade Union held a conference to summarize union activities in 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Dao Thi Thanh Mai - Vice President of Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union said that the Civil Servants' Trade Union is currently managing 49 grassroots unions with a total of 4,692 union members, with an average income of 9.6 million VND/month.

In 2024, thanks to closely following the plan and orientation of the Provincial Federation of Labor, in the 6 assigned targets, the Civil Servants' Trade Union achieved and exceeded the set plan, and was classified by the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor as having excellently completed its tasks.

During the year, the Civil Servants' Union directed the Civil and Industrial Construction Project Management Board's Union to organize "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing" for 63 union members and workers.

Coordinated with Nghe An Labor Culture House to organize free swimming classes for 120 children of union members from 8 to 15 years old, the total benefit was 180 million VND.

Responding to the policy of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing "Union Meals", 16 grassroots unions participated with a total value of meals of more than 100 million VND.

The emulation movement for excellent and creative workers continues to be responded to by grassroots unions and union members, making an important contribution to digital transformation and administrative reform.

At the conference, delegates discussed the following issues: Improving the material and spiritual life of union members; solutions to promote the movement to build cultural offices...

On this occasion, Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union awarded certificates of merit to 21 collectives and 96 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement and trade union activities in 2024; 23 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework".

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Permanent Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic and responsible speeches of the delegates.

At the same time, it is noted that in 2024, Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union has put forward many ideas and initiatives to improve the quality of union activities such as: building a cultural unit, digital transformation, improving the quality of emulation movements. Thanks to these clear marks, the Civil Servants' Trade Union is one of two units that the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation has assessed as an excellent unit in completing its tasks.

In 2025, there are many important holidays. The Standing Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation suggested that grassroots unions need to organize exciting response activities to create a joyful atmosphere.
