On July 17, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that to prepare for the forum "Listening to union members and workers speak", in the past time, union members and workers at agencies, units, and businesses in Thai Hoa ward have actively participated in contributing opinions and recommendations through QR code scanning and online forms.
The opinions focused on practical issues such as employment, income, regimes, policies, working conditions, the lives of workers as well as the activities of the Trade Union organization.
Through receiving opinions, Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union has more basis to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; thereby summarizing recommendations and proposals to send to competent authorities at the upcoming forum "Listening to union members and workers speak".
Along with that, union members and workers in the ward actively responded to the "Digital People's Education" movement, using digital platforms to send opinions, access information and interact with official communication channels of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Hoa ward and the Trade Union organization.
The application of digital technology in collecting opinions helps workers to participate more conveniently in contributing, and at the same time supports the Ward Trade Union to promptly grasp their thoughts and aspirations to improve the quality of operations and better care for the legitimate rights of union members and workers.
