On April 6, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Nghe An Guesthouse Trade Union (under the Truong Vinh ward grassroots trade union) has just coordinated with professional departments to organize a regular dialogue conference between the Board of Directors and employees in 2026.
At the conference, employees frankly exchanged and proposed many opinions related to regimes, policies, working conditions, income and solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the unit. The opinions were all listened to, received and answered specifically by the Board of Directors, showing a spirit of receptiveness, responsibility and companionship with employees.
Periodic dialogue conferences are identified as an important information channel, contributing to strengthening the connection between leaders and employees, promoting the right to mastery of employees in the unit. Through dialogue, many difficulties and obstacles are promptly removed, creating consensus and ideological stability, thereby improving the quality of work and the overall operational efficiency.
This is also an opportunity for the trade union organization to continue to affirm its role as a bridge between workers and employers, contributing to building a democratic, fair, and civilized working environment, towards the sustainable development of the unit in the coming time.
