The contest was attended by 40 contestants from 21 trade unions at enterprises in industrial parks in Ninh Binh province.
The contest is organized to foster and improve knowledge and professional skills for union officials; at the same time, help union officials apply their knowledge and practical experience in the workplace.
The contest is also a broad political activity of trade union officials, thereby enhancing education on the heroic and glorious traditions and the development and innovation of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
The contest is also an opportunity to affirm the position and role of union officials in agencies and enterprises, promote exchange, learn experiences, and strengthen solidarity.
In particular, the contest will discover responsible and capable trade union officials to foster and replicate in units and enterprises. This is one of the activities to contribute to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW, dated June 12, 2021 of the Politburo on Innovation in the organization of Vietnamese trade union activities in the new situation.
The contest has 2 rounds, round 1 is a multiple choice test with questions about labor law, Trade Union Law, Resolutions of Trade Union Congresses at all levels... Round 2 is a situation handling contest.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 9 Consolation Prizes to the contestants.
