Currently, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) has 2 departments (Union Working Committee; Industrial Park Union Committee) with more than 100 officers and employees. The Provincial Federation of Labor is managing over 1,600 grassroots unions with over 360,000 union members.
According to the leader of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, the trade union work program for the last 6 months of 2025 of the Provincial Federation of Labor promotes solutions to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions, train and develop the party among workers. Continue to implement Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee (term XII) "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient".
In addition, focus on training and fostering professional skills for union officials at all levels to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; promote the effectiveness of union officials club models to replicate, exchange and share experiences between units.
