On April 19, Ky Son Ward Trade Union organized a tug-of-war and sack jumping tournament among union members and workers with a joyful and exciting atmosphere.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Dinh Quoc Huy - Chairman of the Ward Trade Union emphasized that promoting the physical education and sports movement among union members and workers not only improves physical strength but also contributes to fostering spiritual life, creating cohesion, and spreading positive energy.
This sports tournament is both a practical and meaningful activity and a healthy playground, contributing to tightening the spirit of solidarity between grassroots trade unions.
The tournament attracted 14 units to compete in the men's tug-of-war, men's - women's tug-of-war and sack dancing events. After a period of exciting competition, the Organizing Committee awarded First, Second, Third and consolation prizes for each event.
This is an activity to respond to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, towards the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026).
