"Zero-dong market" in Quang Binh border area

Quang Binh - The "Zero-dong market" has just been organized by the Women's Union of the provincial Radio and Television Station in coordination with other units for people in the Minh Hoa border area.

On December 30, the Women's Union of Quang Binh Radio and Television Station announced that the unit had just coordinated with Ca Xeng Border Guard Station, Quang Binh Border Guard, Minh Hoa District and sponsors to organize a "Zero Dong Market" in Thuong Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District.

This is the 5th year the "Zero-VND Market" program has been organized in communes in mountainous and border areas in the province.

At the program, people participating will be given coupons by the organizers to buy different items. With a total value of over 600 million VND, goods are arranged at nearly 50 booths selling all kinds of items from Tet food, household items, wool blankets, warm clothes to necessities, agricultural tools, seeds... The goods brought are all practically serving the daily lives of people, especially during the Lunar New Year.

During the fair, many organizations, individuals, and philanthropists also donated a total of 150 million VND to give gifts to disadvantaged households and scholarships to students.

Along with that, installing solar lights, supporting bus tickets for students, works serving learning activities at schools in the commune; along with many meaningful gifts for students, people, officers and soldiers of Ca Xeng Border Post... The total value of the program implementation is 790 million VND.
